I hope some of you remember my frantic and disjointed posting about a Syncro 7 passenger Van in Minneapolis that was being listed for sale at $2600 cash. It needs, and the questions were seeking advise.

I got a lot of great responses, thanks a bunch! In spite of everyone's suspicions, I had not gotten the vehicle, but instead mailed the owner an offer of $1800 like you suggested. I waited and yesterday he called me back saying he had a bunch of the stuff, like armrests and the like, but his bottom dollar is $2200. I told him I'd think about it and needed to see the Van again (no pun intended). I think I'll take $2000 with me when I see it on Thursday... I'll let you know how it works out.

Again, thanks for all the great advise!

AB
