My favorite "modesty" cover is a hugely oversize t shirt. Plenty of room to
remove old dirty clothes and install fresh stuff, shower or no shower. Have
used this trick for years changing out of wet paddling gear at river take
outs. Towel fits inside too if some judicious drying of of "parts" is
needed. Poncho works too, but is really hot in the summertime down here.
