i have a shoulder harness from the middle seat of a pass vanagon.  this was
only offered in '90-'91 but will fit ALL years of vanagons, westy or
passenger van.
do you care about your rear passenger's safety, or your children in car
seats? then a rear shoulder belt would be a good idea.
