I guess I should pitch-in here:

Name: Damian Shaw Home: Salt Lake City, Utah Born: Watson Lake, Yukon Territory Age: 32 (this friday). Marital Status: Married to Jill for 2 years today! Kids: One: Michael - 4 months old. Occupation: Full time software developer / manager for a privately-held company: Bill Good Marketing. Our main product is a custom CRM software package for stockbrokers / financial planners.

Hobbies: VWs! Canoeing. Photography. (Did I mention VWs?)

List history: Been here for a couple of years. On the Quantum Syncro eGroup and general VW Watercooled newsgroup too.

Current vehicles (all VW): - 87 Quantum Sedan automatic - 87 Westy - soon to be Tiico powered - 88 Quantum Syncro Wagon (mid-restoration) - 89 Cabriolet 2.0l ABA conversion.

Most interesting VW/Vanagon data: 1 - Learned to drive on a 1980 VW Vanagon - two tone blue; 8 passenger; automatic. (Would love to find one of these someday to obsessively restore.) 2 - My first personally-owned VW was (is) my Vanagon. 3 - I've never sold or otherwise gotten rid of a VW. 4 - I've only owned one non-VW automobile (my first).
