All very valid and true points. It seems no one who frequents the list has had a problem with TIICO or else he would have been Timagoned. (Hey it's Friday!)

Apparently, several people dealt with this guy in this manner w/o any unresolved problems. I personally would not feel comfortable with his way of doing business. He is basically using your money to buy and ship the engine.

He is running a business with zero inventory and zero capital. As long as you are willing to put up with it and he delivers, it can work.
