I aggree.. If you have the room for them. Any golf cart batt supplier prob sells Trojan batts.

I have used them for years in motorhome and sailboat applications, the abuse they take is amazing. I have also used the optima batteries they are good to and a bit smaller than the trojan.

My choice use the optima for starting and Trojans for house batts.. but where in a vanagon ?
