Matt -- I had a problem with damage during a Sears installation of some fancy Maytag washer/dryer stuff I bought 4/99. I got grief from local store. I called Sears Corp office in Rolling Meadows, IL, got to the executive suite, and all hell came crashing down on my local Sears store. I had people calling me left and right trying to keep me happy, including one executive-type in Rolling meadows who called me and asked me to call him directly if local store mgr. didn't fix things right.
