I have to jump in here and agree with several of the folks here who believe you are not talking to the person who can get you what you deserve. In fact, I missed the start of this thread and have no idea what happened :-)

Anyway, Sears is in trouble in a lot of ways in this internet economy, so if you step it up a level or two, I think you will find someone willing to treat you fairly. In addition, I have always seen Sears as one of the most customer oriented businesses I have ever dealt with over more years than I care to admit to.

I hope you will continue to push the issue up the ladder, and might even join with others and suggest you go right to the top and the heck with the lower forms of life that inhabit so many stores.
