Hi Daniel, I had this on my van. I tried a couple of times to repair using a glue and succeeded with JB WELD type stuff. LOCTITE WELD. I used a dremel with the sanding drum to rough up the interior of the pipe, and the exterior of the stainless nipple. Spread the epoxy on best you can, it takes a lot of it. PUSH the nipple into the hole, about a 1/4 turn from where it supposed to rest, and slowly rotate as it seats Sincerely, Mark Keller 91 Carat Cowichan Bay, BC |
