I'm not on digest mode and I don't like HTTP! It's a pain deleting the
larger volume of the message (the HTTP part is much bigger than the
plain-text) when replying or printing out a message. Also it increases the
size of the message, thereby slowing loading, and of course we then have to
pay out ISP for more loading time...
