Zoran,

Wrong answer----- Diesel fuel is oil.

I just got done installing new injectors in a 6-71 Detroit diesel that had hung up (filthy) injectors, and it was blowing white exhaust like a mosquito abatement vehicle.

It was blowing raw fuel out the exhaust which was burning on the way out of the hot exhaust pipe, hence the white smoke.

Bad injectors will cause this, besides the bad head seals.

A worn out engine will also blow white oil smoke until the pistons swell to close the gap between the cylinders.

See this all the time. ( Mack, Cummins, Detroit, Cat)
