Lights, fan, wipers -- classic combo (also the rear defroster) because those are the circuits served by the load reduction relay in position 8 (#2 in row closest to fuses -- #3 is empty) of the fuse/relay panel. Look there, grasshopper. That relay is driven from the X terminal of the ignition switch which also feeds the X terminal of the light switch -- double bk/y wire from light switch (2.5 to ign, 0.5 to panel). The X terminal is ON with ignition but OFF when cranking.
