too bad!!!  tell em to call you if they change their minds... happens
sometimes.  I had the same thing happen to me with a gal in nj... 91 syncro
westy with only 60K... negotiated with her for six weeks.  Just before she
was to drive it cross country for me to look at she backed out.  Damn!  Oh,
well...
