I get all of my parts from the www.busdepot.com

They have everything I've ever needed, at a good price, and even things that I should be able to get from the Dealer they will special order. They have a seal that is alleged to be the best copy of the original on the market.

Once you get it started it goes on fairly easily. I used a big rubber mallet to give it some gentle persuasion. I found the middle of the weather-strip and then started at the middle in the back and worked my way forward, side to side, so I knew I would have something to trim at both sides in the front. I left the luggage rack seal alone. Good Luck.
