How to exercise while camping? Ugh! I can't believe this. Okay here's what you do: 1) Bring a 2 ton jack, wheel chocks and jack stands. 2) Place the jack at one of the jack points and jack up the van/camper. 3) Lower the jack and jack up the van again. Do this 3 to 5 times (reps) or however high you can count. Be sure to change pumping arms each time your start pumping. 4) After you lower the jack the last time move to the next jack point and repeat. 5) After you've gone around the van three or four times grab a 1/2 inch socket wrench with 42MM sockett and put it on one of the rear wheel bolts and start removing the bolt without a cheater bar or pipe. Once you get the bolt off. Put it back on and tighten it to 250 ft. lbs. Again, don't use a cheater bar!! Do this 10 times each wheel. 6) Don't forget to breathe. 7) Now go jogging down the nearest trail for 5 miles 8) Jog back 5 miles to your van. Cross training, ya know.... 9) Drink some water. Don't chug-a-lug. 10). Go back to #1. Start again.... 11) Extra points if you this with other vans at VW get together...
