The radiator fan should cycle off and on with the compressor. Depending on
how well your system is working and is it fully charged, and how hot it is
outside and how cool you want it inside. The A/C blower fan will keep
running at whatever speed you set it, but the rad. fan should cycle. But
here in Arizona, it's mostly on!
