Well, the body looks pretty straight and the paint is clean but the paint is pretty worn, looks like it might be original and that means, what, 30 years old? The seat have hand sewn pretty nifty looking covers on them, kind of hippie style. The interior has what looks like hand built cupboards, not factory. No stove, sink or fridge. But it's straight and looks kept up. Don't know what else to call it but worn and clean.
