Dylan, first check the linkage. You probably need to turn the spline by one tooth (which direction??? i don't remember). That did it for me. Although i have an 84 non-syncro. I recently replaced the clutch slave cylinder, which had only minor effect. The van shifts once it is moving, with the engine running. Is this a clutch issue, linkage issue or something that I can't find in Bentley. Any feedback and/or help would be appreciated.
