The U.S. Supreme Court has long held that pornography
is not entitled to full 1st amendment protection and
thus can be subject to censorship by the government
within limits. Private parties can censor anything
they want to, including on this list. \ Besides, Tom
is a great moderator and his edicts deserve respect
even if you disagree, as Bill notes.
Still, does this mean my syncro cannot go braless
anymore!?
