It's pretty easy to remove the ignition switch. All you have to do is drill the hole right in the spot that the Bently book shows. Measure it accurately and drill once. Then take a punch an push down the spring in the whole that you drilled. This will bend the little metal leaf spring that is in there but you'll be able to remove the tumbler. You might have to give it a hard pull to get it out. You'll have to reform the leef spring that you bent so keep it. That's about all the advice I can give.
