Subject:      Tether Anchors for 1985 VW Vanagon

I've searched the archives and got no hits.  Has anyone retrofitted a
1985 or 1986 VW Van with tether anchors (for FF tethers) for a carseat?
The anchor is not needed for RF'ing carseats, but when it is turned FF,
it will be needed.

BTW, we retrofitted the back bench with two shoulder belts - it was a
snap.
