For those of you who know the answers, the headline was enough, I guess.  I am not one of those.  Not that I could not guess.  
It is a Synchro too.  The starter seems to be clean and nice black color.
Looks like a rebuilt one or new.  It did not start after if was running and after when it got real cold.  So temp is not a factor.  Battery was checked with a heavy duty tester and its great.  Battery connections were cleaned.
Ignition switch?
Ground cable connections?
Or something I never heard of?
