Might I suggest that your 02 sensor is bad or you have an exhaust leak
upstream.  Disconnect the 02 sensor, (no harm done van will run open loop
rather then closed), If symptoms are remedied test 02 sensor and if o.k
check for exhaust leaks. Replace/repair as necessary.
