Volks,

The driver side windshield wiper became loose from the
drive spline, and stuck on the side of the window
while the wipers were on. Needless to say I tightened
it down, using a socket drive, but it seems to still
have some slippage - ie when I cleaned the windows
with a squeege I pushed down a bit on the wiper blade
and it slid down -- i am concerned that the splines on
the drive are either chewed up/getting chewed up --
hate to mess em up more...any ideas of how to secure
the wiper arm to the drive spline so it won't slip? or
how to rehab the splines or ????
