You need a high speed buffer, like a Milwaukee, of B&D, or something that polsihes the paint, that spins at about 2000 rpm.

And that Turtle Wax stuff is Ca Ca.

Find an automotive paint supply, and purchase two items.

One, 3-M super duty rubbing compound,

Two, Finesse, to polish out the swirl marks from the compound.

This system works for me.
