Thanks for the heads-up on this. I went to their site, at www.bodyblade.com, and it looks very interesting. It isn't anything like a bowflex, since a bowflex looks a lot like a conventional weight machine, except for using flexible carbon fiber rods instead of weights to provide resistance. However, the bodyblade would certainly be easy to carry in the Westy, and is fairly cheap. Some folks seem to think I am nuts for wanting to get a workout while camping, but if you work out regularly, you know you just don't feel right when you miss.

Besides, I will need the strength to raise and lower my poptop, close my hatch (I have the Busdepot heavy duty hatch supports) and change out my gas tank (an upcoming project).
