This is SOP with vans pushed hard in corners. The long-travel suspension of T1s and T2s is particularly prone to this. My 57 would cock a wheel even at not-so-high speeds. Just ignore it, you're nowhere near rolling it... in fact the tires will let go first..the only way you'll roll it is if you slide it sideways into a curb or similar immovable tirestopping object (say, a workman's head peering from a manhole). I never took it that far, but met someone who did. I've only ever seen 2 Type 2s which had been upsidedown... one was my derelict 56, which some drunken and rather unpleasant students inverted while it was parked (minimal damage). The other was inother old Split in a wrecking yard.
