Subject: Dealings with (former?) list member
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

has anyone else had a problem dealing with a list member (or former list member since a search shows he hasn't sent anything to the list since April) named Kyle Fromm in Pennsylvania. In April, he posted that he had some headrests for sale. We talked by email and I agreed to buy them for $60. I sent him a check on or about April 18, and it cleared my bank on or about Apirl 25. Towrds the end of may I still had not received them, so I sent him an email -- no response. So I tried again after a few days -- still no response. So I tried calling him several times and left voice mail messages -- still no response. Then yesterday and today I call and ask for him and get the "who's calling please and when I identify myself he of course isn't available. Anyone else have any problems like this with this fellow? Anyone know this fellow personally?

PS: All of my emails and voicemails have been friendly and not accusatorial -- until today, when I wrote him a letter it was more firm but still not overbearing.
