For all Canadians looking for bolts, hose clamps, etc. Try http://www.acklandsgrainger.com. This is an industrial supply catalog. The Mikalor hose clamp is very high quality($$$) and Tridon offers a Thermo flex spring loaded clamp to compensate for those 75 degree Celsius temperature changes (One reason I moved from Alberta...) You may not be able to order direct. But your FLAPS should. I know Bumper to Bumper does.
