If you're not already a subscriber, you may want to hold off on ordering a copy. In about 3-4 weeks I'll have the new issue in stock and on my website, for less than the lowest available U.S. price, as I am importing them in bulk from the UK where they are printed. (Even if you ordered a copy directly from them today, you wouldn't see it for about that long anyway, since they mail them via slow surface mail.) The cost savings will be lost if you order nothing but the magazine, as the shipping cost will probably exceed the savings. But on the other hand if you add it onto your next parts order (even a few oil filters or whatever), the incremental additional shipping cost for the magazine is next to nothing, so you'll come out ahead. (And if your total exceeds $50 the listmember discount will kick in as well, on the magazine as well as on the other parts.) Besides, there will be other new items arriving on the same container that you may want to order anyway. ;-) I ordered 200 copies of the issue, so there should be enough to go around. My hope is to continue to carry the magazine on an ongoing basis, if possible, as it comes out once a quarter, and I get a shipment from Europe about that often. So hopefully if the schedules line up I can just get a few cases of the latest issue thrown onto each containerload I import. - Ron Salmon The Bus Depot, Inc. www.busdepot.com (215) 234-VWVW |
