Comparing what happens in Jessieville, I mean Minneapolis, and someplace like the Bay area, Boston, La, etc. is pretty silly. We all don't like doing these test, especially for vehicles that were built before there were standards.. i.e. 1980 but... I like to breath. I like for my kids to grow up without smog induced asthma. I like my plants to have that healthy green color. So we do it and we don't cheat the system.

It will be interesting to see how respitory problem rates change in the next twenty years because some institute claims there is no change between smog and no smag testing in Minnisota.
