Your clutch is hydraulic. Check the clutch master and the clutch slave cylinders and lines for leaks. If there aren't any leaks the slave or master could be *bleeding by* the cups internally. I have recently been clued in on DOT 4 brake fluid, it makes your rubber parts last longer and my whole brake and my clutch system works better now, you may want to change to DOT 4 brake fluid if you have reason to replace either the master or slave cylinder.

You could see marked improvement by just bleeding your brake and clutch system and installing the DOT 4 fluid. The first time I changed my brake fluid I got almost pure black fluid out of every bleeder and had to use two quarts of fluid to get it to bleed clean.
