Thanks again-- all who've assisted in the mini cricis of past few days since I discovered my loose drain plug.

Happily, I got off with just a few bucks & an oversize plug--no need to deal with stripped threads. But now, thanks to this list, I know what's involved if someday I *do* have stripped threads!

Out here in the woods, even a little thing like a bad plug can be a major headache--especially when the nearest NAPA is 40 miles away & the dealership a two hour drive! This is a great list & I don't know what I'd do without all of your help. Cheers, Phaedra
