Hi gang, Yes, you read correctly. I just finished rebuilding the 1.9L engine in my Camper. Its got 3000 miles on it right now. I'm very happy with it, it runs great, but I'm afraid I'm going to be working it too hard trying to pull my new trailer. (took it for a trial run last weekend) So I'm contemplating doing a in-line engine conversion and I'm going to sell the wasserboxer so I can get capital to finance the new adventure. If anyone is interested, let me know. I'd like to get 1800 dollars for it. That will be just about turn key, with exhaust (minus muffler), some intake parts and new clutch and machined flywheel. Bob Donalds generously helped me rebuild this engine. I didn't most of the work and he kept watch and offered advice. The heads also have Bob's 'Fluffed and Buffed' competition valve job. So let me know. If I didn't pull a trailer with this bus, I'd be fine, but those second gear pulls up through the white mountains last weekend have me thinking this might not be the right motor for the job. Let me know. Delivery available within a few hours. Thanks. Take care. -- -Jim DiGennaro, LiMBO Webmaster/ Asst. editor '84 Green Westfalia 'The Turtle Van', '90 Jetta (Brides car) '92 Scamp Trailer 'The Turtle's Egg' ICQ# 5534528 LiMBO LINE: (413) 743-1814 URL: http://www.bcn.net/~limbo
