Subject: clutch type for 81 vanagon?
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Greetings!

Just curious! "Bessie", my 81 Vanagon, has a small clutch problem. The clutch is new however, but I didn't do the replacement. I was driving it home and the clutch has gone so far to the floor to disengage, it's almost a joke. It still works and everything, however its like the cable has slipped or the fluid is low on the slave cylinder. It works like an on/off switch anymore. So, it poses my question. Is the clutch in my 81 a hydrolic or cable clutch. If either, what would be the easy solution to my little problem?

Thank you!
