This is a GREAT question that deserves some thoughtful attention. I have had some preliminary discussions with Karl Mullendore about (his idea) transplanting an Audi 4 speed. He thinks, not confirmed, that this might be a straight up swap. I've never taken my Automatic out or looked very closely at an Audi but it is a tantalizing thought. Maybe someone out there knows more?
