Mick -
Old Man Emu are an after market suspension mods specialist down here in Oz.
They modify 4WD systems to cope with the horrendous roads and inevitable heavy
payloads (water is heavy!) that make up many trips here outside of population
centres.
They're shocks are superb at controlling hour after hour of 'corrugations', what
I believe you call washboard roads. Don't know if they make springs for VW tho'.
new to the list last week - learnt lots already!
regards to all
Ian
