OK, so those last two were NOT in the San Francisco directory. Anyway, we

were asked to report any "unusual" names with possible offensive messages. I got Mr. Meoff taken off the books in 1978. Someone tried to get Dr. Darling off the books. He sued Pacific Telephone. He won. His real name is Richard Darling. Listed in the Marin directory as Darling, Dick, DDS, Oral Surgeon.
