Subject: homemade center console??
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Anyone ever build a center console for a vanagon to go between the 2 front seats? I'm constantly dealing with a pile of crap in between the front seats. Everything I've seen on the market is made of flimsy plastic and does'nt fit right between the vanagon seats. Ideally the center consol would be low enough to climb over to get to the rear, have cupholders built into the top, and fit perfectly in the vanagon. It would also be stained dark brown to match the westy interior. Anyone ever make something like this? Got any pictures, suggestions?

Thanks, Andrew Fox 86' Westy
