Hello everyone: I just bought a new stereo/CD head unit for my Westy. The new unit has the following wires for the speaker system: A +, front right B -, front right C +, f left D -, f left E +, Rear, right F -, Rear, right G + Rear, Left H – Rear, Left Now, the factory harness that runs through the vehicle to the rear speakers has only THREE wires ( + Rear, right, + rear, left and a common (grey) ground). The front speakers have independent + an – for each speaker. My question: Does anyone have experience with connecting a modern stereo to the rear? Specifically, can I connect my wires F and H to the grey ground wire for both of the rear speakers? Would this cause any problems? (I really don’t want to have to run another wire all the way back and up….) Thanks
Rio
