Karl; I've used this to find a transmission for my Toyota that otherwise would have been very hard to find. I got what i thought was a good deal. But, as you are dealing with used parts from salvage yards it is buyer beware. In my case, after using car-part.com to find what I was looking for, I made the 5 hour ride to the yard to inspect tranny before purchase. I believe most will ship at extra cost. Also, be sure to see what the return/warranty policy is. Good luck; Rod. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Karl Dawe" <kdawe@MUN.CA> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Thursday, July 05, 2001 1:53 PM Subject: Used Part Location Web Site
