the only thing that surprised me about this kind of action ( as a canadian) , is that you were not on your tent site when they did it ... when you are not present on your property (or theirs) for a seach, don't they need a warrant of some kind? how did your neighbor react to this? and you, if he had not been there himself? you would have never known? I am asking this, for we are often going down from virginia beach to myrtle beach to camp, and eventhough I do not have something to hide, (I think) I would not like to have the same thing happen to us? pierre lac beauport, quebec |
