Then you should come up with a list of topics that you don't want to see discussed, and I will come up with mine, etc, etc, etc.! Result: Not workable because it will be dull, boring, leads to disintegration of the list. Watch and see. I hope this does not come to pass. Please reference my post just made on the subject of leaving the list or staying and learning. Even the staunchest VW / Vanagon enthusiasts run into trouble every now and then. Life is not perfect. This "drivel" as you say will pass. But you can be assured, there will be more of what you consider "drivel" to come; from someone else yet unsubscribed. Someone maybe not as smart as you are, maybe younger, maybe with a different world view theory on vanagons altogether. Still, the whole complex picture is one that is to be nurtured and appreciated, not stamped out with authority and rules designed to quash all that is not perfect. Let's not make it an inquisition any more so than necessary. There will be personal clashes, and there will be misunderstandings. Life does not allow one freedom from avoidance of these.
