Well, a trip to the dealer to look at the ETKA shows that there were Diesel Golfs and Jettas with AC and powersteering. The list of parts needed was a little long to write down... You might try a pick and pull for the brackets...

The top bracket appears to be diesel specific the thing that holds the alternator, AC compressor over the water pump) while the rest of PS bracket is uniform between diesel and gas engines with the exception of an additional spacer for the pulley on the diesel. I happen to have picked the PS pump bracket up for a conversion but not needing it - it's yours if you come get it if you want... You will still need to find the two pieces to the alternator/ac compressor mount:

068 903 141 K 068 260 917 B and then the bits for some additional roller, the ac compressor pulley, and the spacer for ps pulley.

The tiico mount is a POS imho - it prepetuates and worsens that horrible belt drive system vw used on the diesel vanagons. Since it is going in your double cab, clearance will not be an issue (as it would be only in 2wd vanagons) so go with the better belt system.
