When it comes to police, highway patrol, sheriffs or rangers(to lesser degree) they have all "rights" to do anything they please and complaining to their superiors will not change their policies unless it is widely publisized and there is public outcry so they will find scapegoat and blame all abuses on him. We in Los Angeles have lived with police totaly out of control for a very long time and there is so much police and HP here(small army and still asking for more) preying on drivers and not enforcing what is realy important. Our government feels we are not capable of controlling ourselves and need the whole big army of those bullies to keep us under control. This kind of "control" would cause a civil war in Europe(western), nobody will tolerate it. Leon 85 Subwagen Westy
