You could have an air bubble trapped somewhere in the cooling system and it affects the coolant level over time. But if the coolant level is normal, then you are probably experiencing the approaching failure of the coolant level sensor, the little gizmo that screws into the top of the expansion tank (on the left side of the engine compartment). Also a possibility is your water/antifreeze ratio is out of whack. Have it tested. Bentley specs calls for 50/50 water/antifreeze mix. If it gets very far from the mark either way the light tends to come on.
