Tony, TAP that plug 200 times with a ball peen hammer, then see if it
will turn. If not, put a wrench on the plug...preferably a box end type.
Put some continuous pressure on the wrench, and while maintaining that
pressure or torque in a loosing direction, use a small ball peen hammer
and TAP on that plug 200 times. Somewhere between "0" and "200" it
should turn. If it doesn't......you have a drilling job on your hands.
But nothing ventured nothing gained!
