When Mrs. Wood (at the factory in August of '82) went through the list of possible options, several were Westfalia Branded and several were stocked by her department for the convenience of customers taking delivery through the European Delivery Plan. For example, the Port-a-Potti cabinet that she sold was manufactured by Westfalia. Although she sold the Port-a-Potti also, she sent us to a local camping supplier to buy ours because she said the Westfalia mark-up was shameful. As for the awning we purchased, she said that it was from another supplier, but her technicians did the installation. Several other versions were listed but would take longer acquire (not in stock). It was clear that people who really knew the European Delivery Program had previously contacted her and made such arrangements several weeks in advance of the delivery.

Wilma was a pleasure to work with. Wilma was Westfalia as far as I was concerned. As far as I know, when she retired the European Camper Delivery program went away as well.
