Following Ken Lewis' suggestion to clean the ground terminals behind the fuse
panel, my Westy's headlights are now working again. Ken was right...the
terminals were corroded. The corrosion wasn't caused by a leaky windshield but
simply by exposure to the air over the past sixteen years.
