Richard, That seems a little slow. Perhaps there is a kink in the line somewhere or debris in the bottom of the tank that got sucked into the pump. At the end of the season one year, after draining and flushing the tank, I inadvertently left a paper towel in the bottom of the tank. The next Spring, I filled the tank as usual, the paper towel dissolved and got sucked into the pump and I wondered why there was no pressure! I finally found it, cleaned and flushed the residue out, but it took quite a while to flush it out of the pump and line and faucet. I thought it a pretty good testament to the power of that little pump.
